New Jersey counties:
Essex, Morris, Monmouth, Hunterdon, Somerset, Warren, Passaic, Ocean, Gloucester, Burlington, Camden, Mercer, Salem, Union and Sussex. 

We offer a generous split and do not require desk time or office meetings. You must be willing to work and bring in business.

To be considered, Agents are required to have:
- An active New Jersey real estate license in good standing.
- Real estate sales experience.
- Experience and understanding of local MLS system.
- A cell phone and computer with internet access.
- The motivation to work on their own.
