So, if at anytime during the listing period you decide that you would like to receive full service, EZ Flat Fee Realty will refund 100% of your listing fee if you use us or one of our affiliated partners* (Re/Max, Century 21, Prudential)

You will be provided with a property market analysis, professional full service support and a 1 year listing agreement. Once the property listed has closed and title is transfered, EZ Flat Fee Realty will refund your original flat fee listing cost within 30 days. No tricks. No gimmicks.
