So, if at anytime during the listing period you decide that you would like to list your home with a full service agent, EZ Flat Fee Realty will refund 100% of your listing fee if you let us refer you to one of our licensed referal agents* (Re/Max, Century 21, Prudential)

There is no additional cost for this guarantee. Once your property has closed and title is transfered, EZ Flat Fee Realty will refund 100% of your original flat fee listing cost.
